Measure around the circumference of each
Use a soft measuring tape
Stand with feet shoulder distance apart
Chest — Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist — Measure around where a crease forms when you bend slightly to one side. This is typically the smallest part of your waist.
Hip — Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Torso — Start at shoulder where your bra strap sits, measure over fullest part of your chest, in between your legs and back up over your shoulder
