WAIST — Measure around the body at the natural waistline. This is usually about where your navel is or at the natural bend of your torso.
HIP — Measure around the body at the fullest part of your hips, keeping tape even all the way around.
INSEAM* — Take a pair of your favorite pants and measure along the inner seam from crotch to bottom of hem.
*KUHL inseams vary by style. Please review all product information for more details.
The measurements provided refer to your body dimensions, not product specifications or dimensions.
If your measurements are between sizes, KUHL recommends you select the larger size for a looser fit, or the smaller size for a snugger fit.
KUHL women's bottoms feature a contoured waistband that is designed to curve slightly higher along your backside to eliminate gapping and keep you better covered during any activity.
