Superfeet insoles are offered in letter sizes that span one and half footwear sizes.
All full-length Superfeet insoles should be trimmed to fit your footwear.
If you are on the cusp (aka between sizes) and are not sure which size to choose, keep in mind it is most important that your heel fits well in the heel cup of the insole. The heel should be "in" the heel cup, not "on" it.
Size J is for kids' footwear only, shoe sizes 11.5 - 13.
Size A is also for kids' footwear only, shoe sizes 13.5 - 2.
Size B can fit with some kids' footwear, shoe sizes 2.5 - 4.
